Returns & Refunds
At Sunflower Rx, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with skin-loving ingredients and prepared in small batches. Because of the personal care nature of our products, we take great care to ensure every order is made, packaged, and shipped with intention.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of body care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Sunflower Rx products once they have left our facility.
This policy helps protect the safety, quality, and integrity of the products we create for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thesunflowerrx@gmail.com

Once reviewed and approved, Sunflower Rx will cover return shipping (if applicable) and arrange a replacement or resolution.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Store Credit
When applicable and approved, store credit will be issued in place of refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future Sunflower Rx purchase.
Sale Items & Gift Cards

Exchanges
