Shipping Policy

At Sunflower Rx, every order is carefully prepared with intention. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow time for proper processing before shipment.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sunflower Rx ships to U.S. addresses only at this time.


Carriers

We ship using a mix of trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on the best delivery option for your order.


Heat & Weather Disclaimer

Sunflower Rx products are made with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer temperatures.

  • This does not affect product quality or performance.

  • We recommend bringing products indoors immediately upon delivery.

  • Sunflower Rx is not responsible for melting due to heat exposure once packages are delivered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Shipping insurance is automatically included on all orders.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, Sunflower Rx is no longer responsible for the package. Delivery issues such as theft, misdelivery, or delays are the responsibility of the courier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at thesunflowerrx@gmail.com so we can assist with filing a claim when applicable.


Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Address changes or order updates need to be made as soon as possible after placing your order

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may no longer be possible

Sunflower Rx is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
